Where your documents go

Files go straight into Delicious Monstera's private Google Drive folder for THE PHOTOS. They aren't emailed or stored anywhere else.
Your W-9 and bank details are visible only to the producer (Devon). Other cast and crew never see them.
After you save, bank numbers only ever show as the last 4 digits, even to you.
Everything is sent over an encrypted connection. You'll get a confirmation email for each submission.

Uploading a 1099 puts it in that person's My Paperwork and emails them that it's ready. Totals are 2026 payments across all productions. Confirm with your accountant who needs one; the reporting threshold rose to $2,000 for payments made in 2026.
